Great band for a corporate function
hipster were clear in communication before the event and on the day. They were really helpful in accommodating our requests and tailored their set to include some of the teams favourite tracks and artists. They also made time for announcements and speeches to fit in with their set times. The were professional and friendly, a great band to work with. They got our team up and dancing and we had lots of great feedback from everyone at the party. Would hire again! -
Absolutely faultless
Hipster were loved by all at our wedding with so many guests complimenting how great they were. Joe was prompt in all communications in the run up to the wedding and talked through all details with us. We have seen hipster 3 times now and each time kept the party going all night. Could not recommend enough! -

Joe and his band Hipster were perfect and added to what was already a very special day. Joe/Hipster did a bespoke first dance request for us that wasn’t on the Hipster repertoire and it was a massive hit for us and our guests. Joe was professional but personal and friendly but particular. We had a great experience and would recommend Hipster to anyone who wanted their wedding rocked! -

Hipster played at our wedding a few days ago and they were excellent - they sounded amazing and are super easy to work with before and during the event. Their set list is fantastic, and they were really adaptable with the timeline of the day running a little bit late. We would recommend them without any reservations and so many guests told us how much they enjoyed their sets. Thanks so much to the band! -

If you want a tight, exciting band who can rock out any classic number from the mid-50's to present day, then I readily guarantee Hipster will not disappoint. We held a family anniversary party with 80+ guests with a very wide age range. This personable band had that unique knack for picking the right numbers, communicating with the dancers and keeping the floor full. Book them and watch the messages come in the next day. I was so lucky to be the “victim” of an amazing surprise birthday party. Hipster fulfilled my dreams of having an indie disco 50th - it was absolutely brilliant! My friends and family said they hadn’t danced so much for ages. The band played all the tunes my partner had told them I love, either live or in between sets on the backing tracks. Dancing to “there is a light that never goes out” with my oldest best pals was perfect! The band fitted in so beautifully to the evening and felt like friends. We had a ball and I just wanted to say thank you on a review. I am giving them a million star review. Best wishes and big hugs to Jody and the rest of the band.
